My internet was down... FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND!!! HOLY CRAP!!! THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME I FELT LIKE MY WHOLE LIFE ENDED!!!
(Yes dear friends... My weekends consist of me in front of my PC...)
Just last month, me and my mother applied for SMART BRO, or SMART Broadband Internet, and despite a few negative reviews, we found a Smart Bro user that seems to have had no problems with her internet connection. We took a leap, and applied. They were quick to accept our payment, not so with the connection, but we didn't let it bother us... TOO much.
There have been a few days when the internet was down. But we just wait a day, then the connection goes back up.
THIS WEEKEND THOUGH... was different. Holy crap. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Half of today, Monday, the connection was down. I felt like dying. I couldn't check gamespot, my email, my MULTIPLY!!! WAAAHHHH!!!
It didn't stop there, we called Smart Bro's technical assistance, they didn't even answer, at all! I called more than once each day, and waited for over 10 to 15 minutes sometimes.
Know how I got through... I called late this afternoon, but I didn't connect myself to technical support, I connected myself to Applying for a New Connection. In about 2 minutes, a customer service representative was with me.
I love how these companies are so quick to take your money, so quick to accept new applicants, but so slow when it comes to serving their customers.
All I can say now is... phooey to all these multi-billion peso telecommunication companies!
I'm just happy that I can finally have a life now! I had so many pics to upload, other ideas for blog entries, people to harass on ym, and every time I went home this weekend, it was like, I had no reason to live because my internet was down.
Is this possibly a sign from the Universe that I need to get a life?... hmmm.... I'll start to morrow, for now, I'll look for some new games for the DS.
